Madawaska Pilsner ABV - 4.9% IBU - 30 Madawaska is a Czech inspired Pilsner brewed with local malts to create something unique to the Ottawa Valley. Flavourful and balanced, this beer pours bright and golden with a crisp finish. |

Two Rivers New England Pale Ale ABV - 5.7% IBU - 35 This delicious NEPA is crafted using local ingredients to give the beer notes of melon, citrus, and tropical fruit. It is brewed with malt from Mississippi Mills Malting in Pakenham, hops from Stone Hedge Hop Farms in Eganville, and yeast from Escarpment Labs in Guelph. Two Rivers pours a hazy golden colour and has a soft mouthfeel that is well balanced by a subtle bitterness. |

K7S West Coast Pilsner ABV – 5.2% IBU - 30 Brewed with local malts, this beer is a blend of two classic beer styles – Pilsner and West Coast IPA. This Pilsner is brewed using traditional hops in the kettle and is generously dry hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic to give the beer a modern fruity and piney twist expected in a West Coast IPA. |

Golden Bear West Coast IPA #5 7.3% Alc./Vol. This is the fifth beer in our West Coast IPA series. This series is a "New School West Coast IPA" series - essentially more pale, less sweet, and less bitter than the OG West Coast IPAs. We brewed this with local Chinook, Australian Eclipse, and NZ Nelson Sauvin for big flavours of ripe tropical, citrus, and grapefruit pith. |

Shift Change Pub Ale 3.6% Alc/Vol. In the good ole days, steam whistles could be heard throughout Arnprior signalling the shift change at the factories, and there’s nothing better than heading to the pub after a long shift to enjoy a pint of Ordinary Bitter. This Pub Ale is a refreshing Ordinary Bitter crafted with local malts to give it notes of caramel and biscuit. |

Rizing Sun 4.3% Alc./Vol. This rice lager was brewed using Canadian Sasquatch hops for subtle green tea and citrus flavours. Easy drinking and thoughtful. |

Cold Bear Leicht 3.5% Alc/Vol. A German Style Leichtbier (Light Lager) brewed to be the ultimate thirst quencher. This quaffable lager was made with German Hallertau Tradition and Saphir hops for subtle citrus, lemongrass, and floral hop flavours and a soft bitterness.
