Madawaska Bohemian Pilsner ABV - 4.9% IBU - 30 This is quaffable Ottawa Valley take on a Bohemian style Pilsner. Using local malt from Mississippi Mills Malting gives the beer a malty backbone that is well balanced with traditional hops. The aroma has complex notes of bread and biscuit which is followed by a slightly floral and spicy hop character. Madawaska Pilsner pours a bright golden yellow and has a crisp finish. |

Two Rivers New England Pale Ale ABV - 5.7% IBU - 35 This delicious NEPA is crafted using local ingredients to give the beer notes of melon, citrus, and tropical fruit. It is brewed with malt from Mississippi Mills Malting in Pakenham, hops from Stone Hedge Hop Farms in Eganville, and yeast from Escarpment Labs in Guelph. Two Rivers pours a hazy golden colour and has a soft mouthfeel that is well balanced by a subtle bitterness. |

K7S West Coast Pilsner – Gold Medal Winner at Canada Beer Cup 2023 ABV – 5.2% IBU - 30 Brewed with local malts, this beer is a blend of two classic beer styles – Pilsner and West Coast IPA. This Pilsner is brewed using traditional hops in the kettle and is generously dry hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic to give the beer a modern fruity and piney twist expected in a West Coast IPA. |

Shift Change Pub Ale ABV – 3.6% IBU - 25 In the good ole days, steam whistles could be heard throughout Arnprior signalling the shift change at the factories, and there’s nothing better than heading to the pub after a long shift to enjoy a pint of Ordinary Bitter. This Pub Ale is a refreshing Ordinary Bitter crafted with local malts to give it notes of caramel and biscuit. |

Czech Style Dark Lager 5.2% ABV Czech Style Dark Lager is a deliciously balanced dark beer utilizing roasted malts to impart subtle chocolate, coffee, and toast flavours all while keeping sweetness and bitterness in moderation, perfect for colder evenings. |

Familiar Fields 4.3% Alc/Vol. We brewed Familiar Fields with our friends at Matron Fine Beer to showcase the ingredients we have growing in the fields around Ontario. This Farmhouse Ale is made with corn and barley grown down the road in Pakenham, and has light and thoughtful flavours of citrus, banana, and pepper. |

Red Pine Logger 4.2% Alc/Vol. – 473mL We decided to celebrate our second Anniversary by teaming up with a few of our Founder’s Club members and Lumbertown Ale House for a community brew of their choosing. The community came up with this delicious Red Lager brewed with local ingredients with a balanced malt profile of caramel and bread that’s backed up by subtle pine flavours from the use of Ontario grown Cascade hops. Cheers to two years! |

Safari Shade Dunkel 5.0% ABV This Dunkel was chosen by us as the winner of the 2024 Orléans Craft Beer Festival Homebrew Competition. As part of sponsoring the competition, we were honored to host Long Neck Brewing to brew their homebrew Dunkel recipe on our system. The result is a delicious and malt forward German style lager we’re sure you’ll enjoy as much as we do. |
