Madawaska Bohemian Pilsner

ABV - 4.9% IBU - 30

This is a highly drinkable Ottawa Valley take on a Bohemian style Pilsner. Using local malt from Mississippi Mills Malting gives the beer a malty backbone that is well balanced with traditional hops. The aroma has complex notes of bread and biscuit which is followed by a slightly floral and spicy hop character. Madawaska Pilsner pours a bright golden yellow and has a crisp finish.

Two Rivers New England Pale Ale

ABV - 5.7% IBU - 35

This delicious NEPA is crafted using local ingredients to give the beer notes of melon, citrus, and tropical fruit. It is brewed with malt from Mississippi Mills Malting in Pakenham, hops from Stone Hedge Hop Farms in Eganville, and yeast from Escarpment Labs in Guelph. Two Rivers pours a hazy golden colour and has a soft mouthfeel that is well balanced by a subtle bitterness.

K7S West Coast Pilsner – Gold Medal Winner at Canada Beer Cup 2023

ABV – 5.2% IBU - 30

Brewed with local malts, this beer is a blend of two classic beer styles – Pilsner and West Coast IPA. This Pilsner is brewed using traditional hops in the kettle and is generously dry hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic to give the beer a modern fruity and piney twist expected in a West Coast IPA.

Shift Change Pub Ale

ABV – 3.6% IBU - 25

In the good ole days, steam whistles could be heard throughout Arnprior signalling the shift change at the factories, and there’s nothing better than heading to the pub after a long shift to enjoy a pint of Ordinary Bitter.

This Pub Ale is a refreshing Ordinary Bitter crafted with local malts to give it notes of caramel and biscuit.

Pop on Hops #7

ABV - 7.6%

For this batch we teamed up with Freestyle Hops in New Zealand to trial their new Maui Nelson Sauvin hop product which is specially made to maximize pineapple flavour. We then paired this with Mosaic and local El Dorado and Chinook hops that express pineapple, berry, and tropical fruit flavours. 

Cold Bear Leicht

3.5% Alc/Vol.

A German Style Leichtbier (Light Lager) brewed to be the ultimate thirst quencher. This quaffable lager was made with German Hallertau Tradition and Saphir hops for subtle citrus, lemongrass, and floral hop flavours and a soft bitterness.

Honey Brown Ale

5.8% Alc/Vol.

In honour of International Women’s Day, this beer was brewed by the wonderful women at Bee Savvy and Cold Bear. It was brewed using honey from Bee Savvy and has notes of caramel, toast, nuts, and honey.

$1 from every can sold will go towards the Cold Bear Scholarship and will be awarded to a deserving female student graduating from High School in Arnprior to assist in their post secondary education.

Morning Star

11% ABV

Morning Star is a collab brew with our pals at Mallard’s Milk Bar. It’s a pastry stout brewed with coffee and Uganda vanilla beans for big flavours reminiscent of chocolate chip cookies dunked in coffee. Best enjoyed as a dessert alongside your favourite scoop of ice cream.  

Golden Bear #2

6.7% Alc/Vol.

Golden Bear #2 is a crisp and flavourful West Coast IPA. We double dry hopped this batch with Citra, Mosaic, and Hallertau Blanc for big tropical, melon, and berry flavours. 

Ursa Major

11% ABV

We aged this Imperial Stout in bourbon barrels for 10 months, creating complex characters of sweet chocolate and vanilla, with undertones of bourbon, marzipan, and roasted coffee. Its warming character and rich mouthfeel make this beer perfect for those cold winter nights.  

Anniversary Ale

7.1% ABV

We teamed up with fellow craft beer lovers, Lumbertown Ale House, to brew an Imperial Smoked Amber in celebration of our first anniversary. Best enjoyed with friends around a campfire, this beer has toast, caramel, and subtle smoke and red fruit flavours. Cheers to one year of bringing beer lovers together and crafting community! 

Spry Beer

Spry Beer is crafted to be an exceedingly refreshing beverage for those times where you need to stay spry. It’s a gluten reduced tart beer brewed with hibiscus tea and lemon zest to be below 0.5% Alc./Vol.
